Out with the old…

Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

The great thing about the holidays is that oftentimes you get new stuff to replace your old stuff. In my case, it was a new 4-man tent. The old one is in great shape, but a new one is just what I wanted. So, instead of trying to find a buyer online, I put it up for rent. After all, you don’t camp everyday, so it’s kind of hard to justify spending the $100 for something you’ll use once or twice per year. That’s why Renterval is the best place to list your stuff. You can keep it and make far more money through multiple rentals than you would earn from a sale (usually at a deep discount). What’s in your garage, attic or storage locker that could be earning money for you?

Move beyond conventional thinking

Saturday, December 13th, 2008

So, you’re on the site, and you’re thinking “neat idea, but I don’t offer anything by the hour”.  Not true!

There are so many services that can be converted to an hourly (or any period of time) charge.  For example, haircuts aren’t normally priced by the hour, but if you know that you typically can perform a haircut in 45 minutes and you charge $30 for each, then there you go! You can list your time on Renterval!

Here’s another example – you have a pool cleaning business, and you charge $45/week and require a 6-week commitment. You can do that on Renterval, too!  Let’s say it takes you a hour to clean the pool. So, all you need to do is put it on Renterval for $45/hour, and require a 6-hour minimum.

We have tools to help you with the single appointment or recurring appointment situations.

Now is the time to get creative – just think of all of the thing you can do with your time!

Yep, the kinks have been worked out, the logic was refined, and we’re ready to go.  Renterval should be your first stop, whether you want to save money by renting, or if you want to make money by renting. Remember – the concept is simply if it can be charged by an interval, it can be rented on Renterval!  Join the newest online community today!
