the designer's tag has been removed from this dress, so I don't know who made it. It's mid-calf length, halter style, with sequins on the bodice. The drop waist skirt has long fringe at the bottom that gives it almost a flapper dress feel. This is a unique and gorgeous dress. It fits a size 4 or 6.
